What Parents Are Saying
We were looking for a school choice for our high school son that offered excellence, a Christ-centered program, and a great sense of community. We found that and much more at JFCA. Our son is excelling academically and preparing for life at college while making great friends. The scheduling flexibility offers him so many options. We’re so thankful we found JFCA!
Our daughter has thrived with the small class sizes, individualized schedule, and the caring staff at JFCA. She has dreamed of attending an Ivy League university; her education and preparation at JFCA are turning her dream into reality.
JFCA has been a wonderful experience for my daughter! The teachers genuinely care about the success of each student. I feel that she is gaining a great education in a caring environment.
As a smaller school that’s not hindered by outside strictures, JFCA is free to recognize the individual uniqueness of each student. The administration then utilizes on-level, honors, and dual-enrollment course offerings to customize an educational path for him or her. JFCA also attends to other areas of personal development through athletics, art, music, theater, leadership, service, and spiritual opportunities. Moreover, the college style approach encourages students to develop personal responsibility, time management, and other maturity skills that will help them to be successful in college, in their careers, and in their everyday adult lives.
We were looking for a Christian school for our son, a rising sophomore. He needed a positive, Christian environment, and the Lord opened the door to JFCA for us. JFCA has the right balance of Christ-centered academics and extracurricular activities. The teachers and leaders at JFCA helped our son go from being a rebellious 15-year old to a mature Christian young man the Lord is using to reach other young people. We decided to send our daughter there last year for her freshman year. We are so thankful to God for using the people and families at JFCA to make an impact on the students.
Our son had been in a very good public school system in Cobb County. As a junior in high school, he transferred to JFCA for athletic opportunities. We were more than skeptical of the college style approach. However, we have found that it has had a remarkable effect. The academics are very challenging, the class sizes are ideal, and the teachers are truly committed to the students developing critical thinking skills. Students’ time management skills and personal accountability skyrocket in this environment. We believe our son will be extremely well prepared for life on his own at the university level because of the foundation he has earned at JFCA. The athletic coaching and competition along with rigorous academics have far surpassed our initial expectations.
