Students will expand prose development along with learning design principles during their hands-on experience in creating the Vision yearbook. There will be writing and research as well as assignments in layout, design, photo editing, and professional publishing practices. Deadlines are an extremely important part of the field of journalism and must be strictly adhered to in this class. To miss a deadline costs us an untimely delivery of the yearbook. Students will be given assignments directly affecting the production of the annual. These assignments must be turned in promptly and correctly. Responsible compliance with these goals will not only result in a continually improving the Vision yearbook but will be a valuable marketable professional skill. It will also be a beneficial asset on your college applications.
