From retired business persons and career changers to former full-time educators, JFCA employs various staff. The common thread between them is their love of Christ, a desire for every student to discover God’s purposes in their lives, and a passion to prepare students for life.

Professional

JFCA teachers all hold at a minimum a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate subject area and are certified by ACSI. Additionally, 60% hold Masters, Specialists, or Doctorate degrees. Many of our teachers concurrently hold a Georgia PSC teaching certificate. Teachers participate in year-long faculty Bible studies and are part of professional development cohorts that meet to learn and develop in critical, ACSI-focused areas.

Available

JFCA teachers plan and prepare with student learning and engagement in mind, but when concepts need extra attention, they are available to assist students and their parents to provide assistance and guidance. Some teachers provide either in-person or digital, electronic communication, or virtual, one-on-one help sessions throughout the week.

Relational

JFCA teachers work to build relationships with their students both inside and outside the classroom. From soliciting prayer requests and praying for students to attending athletic and sporting events, teachers’ hearts are for their students.
